HR Business Partner

Job Details

We’re recruiting an HR Business Partner for a specialist business unit in a dynamic, fast-evolving organisation. You will be given the opportunity to provide both strategic and operational support that will help shape the people strategy, drive performance and have a real impact on the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver the people strategy.
  • Lead workforce planning and talent management.
  • Coach managers on performance, retention and development.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
  • Present HR insights and metrics to the board.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as an HRBP or senior HR professional.
  • Strong influencer, coach and communicator.
  • Resilient, adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with HR systems (AdvancedHR or similar desirable).

Qualifications:

  • Relevant third-level qualification in HR, Business or related field.
  • CIPD membership is a plus, not essential.
