We’re recruiting an HR Business Partner for a specialist business unit in a dynamic, fast-evolving organisation. You will be given the opportunity to provide both strategic and operational support that will help shape the people strategy, drive performance and have a real impact on the business.
What you’ll do:
Partner with senior leaders to deliver the people strategy.
Lead workforce planning and talent management.
Coach managers on performance, retention and development.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
Present HR insights and metrics to the board.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as an HRBP or senior HR professional.
Strong influencer, coach and communicator.
Resilient, adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
Experience with HR systems (AdvancedHR or similar desirable).
Qualifications:
Relevant third-level qualification in HR, Business or related field.
CIPD membership is a plus, not essential.
