We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a high-performing HR team in Dublin. This role is ideal for a strategic, relationship-focused HR professional who thrives in an international, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
  • Lead talent planning, succession, and development initiatives
  • Manage recruitment and retention strategies across departments
  • Drive effective performance management processes
  • Provide best-practice support on employee relations matters
  • Collaborate with global and local teams on HR projects and change initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • Relevant third level qualification (Business, HR)
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and consulting skills
  • Background in financial services or a global, matrixed organisation preferred
  • Ability to manage international relationships; French language a plus
