We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a high-performing HR team in Dublin. This role is ideal for a strategic, relationship-focused HR professional who thrives in an international, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
Lead talent planning, succession, and development initiatives
Manage recruitment and retention strategies across departments
Drive effective performance management processes
Provide best-practice support on employee relations matters
Collaborate with global and local teams on HR projects and change initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role
Relevant third level qualification (Business, HR)
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and consulting skills
Background in financial services or a global, matrixed organisation preferred
Ability to manage international relationships; French language a plus
