Are you a passionate HR professional looking for a dynamic and strategic role? We’re seeking an HR Business Partner to drive high-performance work structures, employee engagement, and talent strategies across our client’s Irish operations.

Snapshot of the role:

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Lead on Employee & Industrial Relations, including TUPE processes.
  • Drive strategic and operational HR projects.
  • Manage recruitment, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best HR practices.

What You Need:

  • 5+ in a generalist role (strong ER/IR experience required).
  • Experience in talent management, workforce planning & change management.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
