Snapshot of the role:
Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
Lead on Employee & Industrial Relations, including TUPE processes.
Drive strategic and operational HR projects.
Manage recruitment, talent development, and workforce planning.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best HR practices.
What You Need:
5+ in a generalist role (strong ER/IR experience required).
Experience in talent management, workforce planning & change management.
Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
