HR Business Partner – Fast-Paced, People-Focused Environment We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a supportive, high-performing HR team in a dynamic, fast-moving industry. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to leaders across the business – shaping people strategy, driving engagement, and delivering HR solutions that help our teams thrive. Partner with managers on recruitment, performance, wellbeing & employee relations
Coach leaders to build confident, capable teams
Deliver HR initiatives that enhance employee experience & development
Promote an inclusive, safe & respectful workplace
Support policy updates, union engagement & HR strategy delivery
What we’re looking for:
5+ years’ experience in HRBP/HR Generalist roles (FMCG/Manufacturing is a must)
Strong knowledge of employee relations & employment legislation
Excellent communicator, influencer & problem solver
A collaborative, supportive HR team that values openness & growth
