HR Business Partner – Fast-Paced, People-Focused Environment
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a supportive, high-performing HR team in a dynamic, fast-moving industry.
In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to leaders across the business – shaping people strategy, driving engagement, and delivering HR solutions that help our teams thrive. If you love coaching managers, navigating employee relations with confidence, and building a culture where people can do their best work, this could be the opportunity for you.
What you’ll do:

  • Partner with managers on recruitment, performance, wellbeing & employee relations
  • Coach leaders to build confident, capable teams
  • Deliver HR initiatives that enhance employee experience & development
  • Promote an inclusive, safe & respectful workplace
  • Support policy updates, union engagement & HR strategy delivery

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in HRBP/HR Generalist roles (FMCG/Manufacturing is a must)
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations & employment legislation
  • Excellent communicator, influencer & problem solver
  • CIPD Level 5 (or above) & HR-related degree/qualification
