HR Advisor (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Belfast (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday

This is an exciting opportunity to join their award-winning HR team as a trusted HR Advisor, where you’ll play a key role in shaping an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Experience

  • Provide proactive, solution-focused HR advice to managers and employees.
  • Manage employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
  • Support absence management processes and promote wellbeing across the organisation.

Talent & Development

  • Partner with managers on end-to-end recruitment to attract and onboard great talent.
  • Coach and support managers in performance management and employee development.
  • Deliver engaging employee and manager inductions.

HR Operations & Projects

  • Support HR and business projects that enhance employee experience and align with company goals.
  • Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with NI and ROI employment legislation.
  • Work collaboratively with payroll and produce data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to management and board reporting.

About You
Essential Criteria:

  • Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ HR generalist experience in an advisory role.
  • Strong working knowledge of NI employment law.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desirable Criteria:

  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
  • Familiarity with ROI employment legislation.
  • Experience using HR systems such as Workday.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
