Our client is a dynamic People Consulting firm that partners with organisations to shape and evolve their people strategies in an increasingly complex and fast-changing global workplace. As part of their team, you’ll contribute to some of Ireland’s most significant and high-impact transformation programmes.
As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in delivering transformation initiatives across both public and private sectors. You will:
- Partner with clients using a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
- Support the delivery of large-scale transformation and change programmes, including organisation design and technology-enabled change.
- Contribute to organisational development across areas such as culture, leadership, and team effectiveness.
- Coordinate and execute programme delivery from design through implementation, both on-site and virtually.
- Assist in developing and implementing project plans that are strategic, cost-effective, and results driven.
- Own and deliver specific project components, collaborating closely with internal and client teams.

Your background?
- Demonstrated experience in change management and transformation initiatives ideally with some experience in advisory

- A pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to simplify complex issues.

- A track record of delivering across the full project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree-qualified, with at least 2 years’ relevant consulting or industry experience.
- Hands-on experience in delivering organisational change or transformation projects.
- The ability to understand and address complex business challenges with practical, sustainable solutions.
