HR Administrator (Mobility & HR Administration)
Location: Maynooth (Hybrid)
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000
12 Month Temporary Contract
We are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join a dynamic and fast-paced HR function supporting international mobility and core HR administration.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a specialised environment focused on immigration, travel, and employee mobility, while also gaining exposure to full-cycle HR operations. You will join a collaborative, quality-driven team that partners closely with business leaders to deliver compliant and efficient HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support across immigration, travel, and international mobility processes, managing case-related administration across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Maintain and update case management systems, HRIS platforms, and reporting tools, including KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Analyse documentation and assist in preparing immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation for submission to relevant authorities.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders regarding mobility, travel, and HR administration queries.
  • Support outsourced payroll processes (six cycles per year).
  • Deliver full HR administrative support including contracts, employee files, onboarding, HRIS administration, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and induction training.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and employment regulations across all HR activities.
  • Monitor case progression, prioritise workloads, and escalate issues where necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or relevant HR/legal qualification.
  • Previous experience in HR administration and/or employee mobility (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with a client-focused, project-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when required.
