We’re hiring on behalf of our client for a dynamic Employee Engagement & Internal Communications Partner to join their Dublin HQ. What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and deliver innovative internal comms strategies that bring company culture to life
- Craft engaging content and messaging that connects and inspires
- Lead standout employee events and creative campaigns
- Collaborate with HR, Comms, and leadership to drive engagement initiatives
- Be the heartbeat of the organisation — plugged into people, culture, and purpose
- Manage internal platforms, video, social content, and external comms presence
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years’ experience in comms, HR, or events
- Strategic thinker with standout writing and storytelling skills
- Natural relationship-builder and culture champion
- Creative, energetic, and highly organised
- Strong project management chops and event experience a big plus
