The role also involves ensuring compliance with local legislation and supporting readiness for new pay transparency requirements. Key Responsibilities
Support compensation and benefits benchmarking and analysis
Assist with salary reviews, bonus cycles, and job evaluation
Administer benefits programmes, renewals, and reporting
Support compliance with employment and pay regulations
Prepare reward data, reports, and insights
Requirements
Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
3+ years’ experience in compensation and benefits
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with job evaluation and salary surveys
