People Experience Administrator (Operations, Data & Rewards) – Dublin Are you passionate about HR operations, data, and rewards? We’re looking for a People Experience Administrator to be the go-to operational partner for a dynamic People team. You’ll help keep HR processes running smoothly, turn data into insights, and support reward programmes that really make a difference. What you’ll do:
Be the first point of contact for employee queries and deliver a seamless employee experience
Own payroll inputs, HR records, onboarding, offboarding, leave, and benefits administration
Collect, analyse, and report on HR data to help drive smart business decisions
Support compensation, benefits, and reward programmes with accurate data and insights
Identify ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency across People operations
What we’re looking for:
3+ years’ experience in HR operations, HR analytics, or rewards support
Strong Excel and reporting skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar a plus)
A keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive mindset
Confidence turning data into insights that inform decisions
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach
