Key elements of your role:
- Partner with stakeholders as the main point of contact for reward-related matters
- Lead and support reward processes including salary reviews, bonus cycles, and job evaluations
- Provide data-driven insights through analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Interpret and apply reward policies, ensuring consistency and compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. HR, Payroll, Finance, external vendors) to deliver solutions
- Monitor market trends and advise on competitive pay and benefits structures
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reward practices and processes
Your experience:
- Strong understanding of reward principles, market trends and compliance gained through 4 – 5 years experience in Rewards, Compensation or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
