We are partnering with an International, blue-chip, professional services firm that is looking to hire HR Business Partner with strategic capability join their People team at a pivotal stage of organisational growth. The Role You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, using data, insight and commercial understanding to shape organisational strategy, build future capability and strengthen a high-performing, inclusive culture. Key Responsibilities
Partner strategically with business units to inform workforce planning, talent priorities and organisational decisions
Build strong advisory relationships with senior leaders, influencing in line with long-term people and business objectives
Drive forward key people initiatives aligned to the wider People Strategy
Lead and embed core people processes (performance, talent, engagement, succession) with consistency and continuous improvement
Contribute to transformation programmes, organisational design and change initiatives
Work cross-functionally across HR to deliver a seamless People experience
Act as a change champion during the firm’s HRIS transition to Oracle, supporting adoption and optimisation
Ensure policies and initiatives reflect evolving legislation and modern HR best practice
Identify opportunities for innovation and digital enablement to enhance people experience and operational efficiency
About You
7+ years’ experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role
Strong commercial and strategic acumen
Deep understanding of talent management, organisational effectiveness and HR best practice
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with credibility at senior levels
Strong analytical capability and experience using data to shape decisions
HR or related degree; CIPD qualification desirable
Experience in professional services or a complex matrix environment is an advantage
Experience with Oracle or HRIS transitions is a plus
