About the Role We are assisting a respected Talent Advisory firm to source a Rewards Consultant with around 2–3 years’ experience to join its expanding Rewards and Talent Advisory practice. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your expertise in compensation and total rewards, while gaining exposure to a diverse range of human capital consulting projects. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that delivers high-quality, data-driven insights to help organisations design and optimise their people strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to projects focused on compensation and total rewards design
Support the development of skills frameworks and capability profiles
Conduct data-driven research and analysis to inform client recommendations
Assist with project management and the delivery of client engagements
Prepare and co-facilitate client presentations and workshops
Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions
Participate in learning sessions and support business development activities
Skills and Experience for Success
Degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
Around 2–3 years’ experience in rewards, HR consulting, or professional services
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
Exposure to compensation benchmarking, pay structures, or total rewards strategy
Excellent project coordination and client engagement capabilities
Genuine enthusiasm for learning across the full spectrum of Talent Advisory
