I am looking for a hands-on and forward-thinking Rewards Expert to design and implement a next-generation compensation model for a blue chip, Dublin based client. You will play a key role in building a transparent, market-aligned, and performance-connected reward structure that drives individual and team impact across a fast-moving, agile organisation.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Proven experience designing and implementing reward frameworks in fast moving environments.
Expertise in compensation architecture, benchmarking, and contribution-based pay models.
Analytical mindset with the ability to model compensation structures, identify anomalies, and propose data-backed solutions.
Experience balancing internal equity, external competitiveness, and financial constraints.
Excellent collaboration skills and a clear, concise communicator—especially during change.
High integrity and a passion for fairness, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Experience in HR or Reward Transformation programs.
Familiarity with compensation tools and data platforms.
