Our client, a leading voice in disability and neurodiversity inclusion in the workplace is looking for a warm, engaging Learning & Development Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis.
This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver meaningful, high-impact training in both virtual and in-person settings. You’ll work closely with organisations across sectors to raise awareness and share practical steps toward better inclusion.
Ideal for someone with Learning & Development experience and a genuine interest in disability inclusion, this role offers flexibility, purpose and the chance to be part of a movement that’s making a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering engaging disability awareness and inclusion training via Zoom, Teams, Webex and other platforms
- Facilitating in-person training at client sites—mainly within Leinster
- Offering practical advice and guidance to support inclusive workplace practices
- Helping to shape and develop new training formats, including On Demand learning content
- Contributing to the creation and enhancement of training materials and resources
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Learning & Development or training facilitation (minimum 1 year)
- A strong interest in disability, neurodiversity and workplace inclusion—training and support will be provided
- Confident communicator who can energise a room, whether virtual or in-person
- Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom and Webex
- Based in the Leinster region and available for occasional travel to client sites
- Reliable broadband and a suitable remote working setup

Working Patterns
- Part-time position: ideally four mornings per week (some flexibility for afternoons) Salary will be prorated
- Remote-first with occasional travel for in-person sessions
