Reporting to the Head of HR based in north Dublin, this is a strategic and hands-on role supporting a pharmaceutical manufacturing site, responsible for driving key people initiatives aligned with site and organisational objectives. This BP function operates within a HR model supported by Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and a HR Service Centre.
The HRBP partners with local leadership to deliver high-impact workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, HR compliance. It also involves working with COE’s on areas such as Benefits and Rewards, Talent Management and Operational HR.
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
- Completed 3rd level qualification in Business/HR Related discipline.
- 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated environment
- Proven experience in workforce planning, benefits support, and HR business partnering
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR operational processes
- Experience in a shared services/CoE HR model is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Strong administration skills including MS Excel, Powerpoint
This role is based in North Dublin and whilst our client does offer some flexibility once you have settled in, the ideal person for this role will be happy to be in the office 4 – 5 days per week.
