Our client, a thriving manufacturing company based in Dublin 17, is on the lookout for a hands-on HR Manager to take ownership of all aspects of Human Resources across their fast-paced site.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the end-to-end HR function – from recruitment and onboarding to contracts, compliance, and employee relations.
- Be the go-to person for all HR queries, employee concerns, and staff wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensure smooth running of payroll and maintain all records
- Partner with Supervisors and Directors on workforce planning, rotas, training, and performance management.
- Support union negotiations and prepare for ethical audits.
- Maintain HR systems, policies, and procedures with a strong eye for detail and compliance.
- Work closely with an external HR consultant for expert support and guidance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven HR experience (HR Officer/Administrator level or above).
- A people-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ethics, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Sage Payroll experience is a plus (training provided).
- Third-level qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or similar operational environment is desirable.
