You’ll be instrumental in building and embedding a performance and talent management framework that empowers employees, strengthens leadership, and ensures success.
Overview of the role:
- Support the design and implementation of talent development and performance management strategies in collaboration with the HR Leadership Team.
- Guide HRBPs in embedding talent and performance initiatives within their business areas.
- Oversee key processes like objective setting, development planning, calibration, and succession planning.
- Develop an upskilling framework to engage employees and highlight the value of performance management.
- Implement tailored development plans for employees not currently in formal performance management structures.
- Provide meaningful reports and analytics to drive decision-making at senior levels.
- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure a seamless link between performance and recognition.
- Keep up with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in talent and performance management.
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years in a similar Talent & Performance role or within HR, with a strong focus on Performance and Organisational Development.
- A deep understanding of how talent development and performance management drive business success.
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring engagement and buy-in.
- Comfortable using data to shape decisions and continuously improve processes.
- Ability to stay ahead of trends in talent management, employee experience, and organisational development.
- A relevant qualification in HR, Organisational Development, or Talent Management is a plus!
