Our client are an exciting and innovative organisation, they are currently looking for an experienced People Partner to join their Dublin-based team initally on a contract basis. What You’ll Be Doing:
Work closely with leadership teams to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals.
Support talent retention and development initiatives, ensuring a high-performance culture.
Provide expert guidance on HR policies, manage employee relations cases, and offer day-to-day HR support.
Empower managers with the tools and insights needed to build and lead high-performing teams.
Drive initiatives that enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and well-being.
Ensure policies are up to date, legally compliant, and effectively communicated.
Contribute to global HR projects and support the annual people strategy.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
2-4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role (or similar).
Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to coach, challenge, and influence leadership teams.
In-depth understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
Proven experience handling complex employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is a plus.
