As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you’ll be given the opportunity to deliver key HR initiatives to help build high-performing, engaged, and inclusive teams.

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic people plans that drive business success.
  • Lead on strategic people projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring teams are structured for future growth.
  • Design and evolve processes across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing expert guidance and coaching on employee experience and HR best practices.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years of HR business partnering experience in a complex, global environment.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive organisational and people strategies.
  • Strong experience in change management, transformation, and organisational design.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to align people initiatives with business goals.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams based across various locations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to UK and EU locations.
