Design and evolve processes across the full employee lifecycle.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing expert guidance and coaching on employee experience and HR best practices.
Foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
6+ years of HR business partnering experience in a complex, global environment.
Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive organisational and people strategies.
Strong experience in change management, transformation, and organisational design.
A commercial mindset with the ability to align people initiatives with business goals.
Exceptional stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
Ability to work across multiple teams based across various locations.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
Willingness to travel occasionally to UK and EU locations.
