This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with business leaders and employees to foster a thriving culture and support their ambitious growth.

Collaborate with leadership to align people plans with business goals, driving performance and organisational effectiveness.
Advise, coach, and influence leaders on people strategies, talent management, and succession planning.
Lead organisational transformation efforts, supporting leaders through change to ensure success and growth.
Promote a collaborative, values-driven culture, engaging with employees and supporting initiatives that foster a great workplace.
Lead key HR projects, contributing fresh insights to continuously improve processes and policies.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in HR, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.
A proven coach and influencer with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Comfort in a fast-paced, changing environment with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Strong communicator with excellent decision-making skills.
Pragmatic, with a solutions-oriented mindset and advanced proficiency in MS Office.
