Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for operational efficiency and continuous improvement? We are looking for a dynamic HR Operations Service Manager to lead our client’s HR operations service team.

Snapshot of the role:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations, providing visible leadership to the HR team.
  • Oversee the HR and payroll inbox, ensuring prompt responses to queries and high standards of service.
  • Streamline key operational processes and continuously implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex HR, payroll, and benefits issues.
  • Collaborate across departments to create integrated solutions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.
  • Manage the performance and development of HR Advisors and Assistants, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee first-line HR responsibilities, from annual leave to employee welfare.
  • Lead the performance management and compensatory review processes, driving positive change and engagement.

What we’re looking for:

  • A 3rd level qualification in HR Management or Business, with at least 5 years’ HR operations management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and systems (People XD experience is a plus).
  • Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Change management expertise with the ability to drive transformation in a fast-paced setting.
