Our client, a global biopharmaceutical leader are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Senior Associate to join their team and help support their thriving business on an initial 12-month contract.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality recruitment services. In this role, you’ll leverage your recruitment expertise, data analysis skills, and ability to partner with HR and business leaders to build a strong talent pipeline that meets their strategic goals.

Role Overview:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand their needs, delivering a first-class recruitment service that aligns with tight deadlines and recruitment plans.
  • Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies and hiring plans to identify and engage top talent. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, including assessment, selection, offer negotiation, and more.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and knowledge of the talent landscape to guide recruitment decisions and strategies.
  • Oversee the posting of positions and preparation of job offers, ensuring alignment with hiring plans.
  • Maintain detailed candidate records, job listings, and role requirements. Manage a local database and contact management system to enhance the talent pipeline for key roles.
  • Support talent attraction and assessment events, working closely with the TA Manager to ensure successful execution.
  • Participate in and contribute to key TA projects, driving continuous improvement in our recruitment processes.
  • Support data interpretation and provide analytical insights from key HR metrics to optimise the TA process.

What you bring to the role:

  • A University Degree in HR, Business, or Science, with a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience. Ideally, you have experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in a multinational Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology organisation, with a proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment campaigns highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of branding and recruitment marketing tools and processes, as well as experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Workday), is highly desirable.
  • You are a detail-oriented, flexible problem solver with excellent communication skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple tasks and priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
