Learning & Development Specialist – Part-Time

Our client is an organisation specialising in disability and neurodiversity inclusion in the workplace and is looking for a warm, engaging Learning & Development Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys facilitation and wants their work to have a genuine social impact.
You’ll deliver engaging training to organisations across a range of sectors, helping businesses better understand disability and neurodiversity and take practical steps towards more inclusive workplaces.
Role Overview
- Deliver engaging disability awareness and inclusion training both virtually and in person
- Facilitate sessions for clients, primarily across Leinster
- Provide practical guidance to organisations on inclusive workplace practices
- Support the development of new training formats and On Demand learning content
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of training materials and resources
About You
- Experience in Learning & Development, training or facilitation
- A genuine interest in disability, neurodiversity and workplace inclusion. Specialist knowledge isn’t essential as training will be provided
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage an audience both virtually and in person
- Confidence using platforms such as Teams, Zoom and Webex
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- A reliable remote working setup and broadband
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to client sites across Leinster
Working Pattern
- Part-time, ideally four mornings per week
- Some flexibility around afternoons
- Remote-first, with occasional travel for in-person training
