Senior HR Operations Specialist

We’re partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Senior HR Operations Specialist to join their EMEA HR team on an 18-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced international business where you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience across the full employee lifecycle while supporting ongoing HR systems and process transformation.

The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality HR operational support across the EMEA region, ensuring employee data is managed accurately, processes run efficiently and colleagues receive an outstanding service throughout their employment journey.
Working closely with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance and Legal teams, you’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at creating more streamlined, scalable HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administration including hires, transfers, promotions, employee data changes and offboarding
• Coordinate onboarding activities and pre-employment documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records within Workday and other HR systems
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure HR processes are delivered accurately and efficiently
• Support employee documentation, compliance activities and HR-related queries
• Assist with HR systems enhancements, testing and process improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and employee experience
• Share knowledge and support colleagues to ensure consistent HR service delivery

About You
You’ll ideally have:

• 8+ years’ experience within HR Operations, People Operations or Human Resources
• Strong employee lifecycle and HR administration experience
• Hands-on experience with Workday (essential)
• Experience using ServiceNow HRSD and ideally Greenhouse ATS
• Exposure to supporting HR operations across the EMEA region
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with HR systems
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a continuous improvement mindset
