You will support organisations with workforce transformation, talent development, and future skills planning. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting organisational change and workforce transformation projects
Implementing assessment and talent development solutions
Contributing to compensation and rewards initiatives
Conducting research, analysis, and project work
Designing and delivering workshops and client presentations
Managing stakeholders and supporting business development activities
Working alongside experienced consultants and psychologists, you will help deliver data-driven solutions that enable organisations to attract, retain, engage, and develop talent.
