Talent Acquisiton Specialist

Job Details

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team based in Dublin. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with the business to understand priorities, and support the hiring of niche business roles 
  • End to end recruitment including sourcing and advertising mapping for niche roles 
  • You will understand the local market, talent supply, trends and be able to leverage external data to influence talent decisions for the business
  • Lead and coordinate on projects such as Branding Campaigns, Early Talent whilst ensuring Diversity & Inclusion strategy is intertwined throughout
  • Point of contact for metrics and analytical data that can support the team and the business for decision making
  • Partner with our HR colleagues and HR Operations to deliver a holistic talent acquisition service to the business and candidates
  • Ad hoc duties such as presentations , attending recruitment fairs , training, etc

Key Requirements:

  • BA in Business/HR/CIPD qualification or relevant discipline is required
  • 5 years+ experience working in a large matrixed environment 
  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships
  • Ability to prioritise key tasks
