Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our clients
team. The ideal candidate will prioritise the use of internal talent pools and direct sourcing
methods, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and build strong relationships across the
organisation. This role brings an opportunity to build out the talent acquisition function and work
closely with the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial needs assessment to
  • onboarding.
  • Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and selection processes to identify
  • the best candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the
  • recruitment journey.

2. Prioritise Internal Talent Pools and Direct Sourcing Methods:

  • Utilise internal talent pools to identify potential candidates from within the organisation.
  • Implement direct sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through social media, professional networks, and industry events.

3. Build and Develop Relationships Across the Organisation:

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Regularly meet with department heads, HR partners, and team leads to gather insights and anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Maintain open communication channels to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and candidate profiles.

4. Employer Branding :

  • Develop and promote a strong employer brand by highlighting the company’s culture, values, and benefits.
  • Manage interactions with applicants professionally and timely to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Use social media, company websites, and employee testimonials to showcase the company as an employer of choice.

5. Lead Graduate Programs and University Relations:

  • Design and implement structured graduate programs offering career progression, training, and development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and branding agencies to enhance the company’s campus presence.
  • Participate in career fairs, university events, and collaborate on internship programs.

6. Gain Insight and Understanding of Talent Markets:

  • Continuously gather insights into talent markets in various locations to support strategic hiring decisions.
  • Analyse market trends, salary benchmarks, and the availability of specific skills.
  • Adapt recruitment strategies to different market conditions to attract top talent.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years recruitment experience in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment
  • A strong recruitment background with experience of recruiting for a variety of technical and engineering positions.
  • Experience with senior executive hires
  • Ability to leverage data to take decisions and optimise the results
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and to build productive
  • internal/external working relationships
  • Strong negotiating and consultative skills, as well as excellent written and verbal
  • communication skills
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of rules, regulations, and specifications pertaining to
  • talent acquisition
  • Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Pride in delivering an exceptional candidate experience
