Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Details

Our client, a leading corporate services firm is seeking a talent acquisition specialist to join their team in Dublin City. You will report to the People Operations Director and will work closely with the People Operations team and hiring managers across the organisation to fill a variety roles. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership with the business to understand hiring priorities and role requirements
  • Leading all talent activity across the business – end to end
  • Ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates involved in the process
  • Using sourcing tools and liaising with external partners
  • Identify and build relationships with passive candidates who may be open to exploring new opportunities
  • Schedule and attend interviews with hiring managers
  • Communicate offers and commence the pre-boarding process
  • Establish and develop effective relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Ad hoc HR projects as they arise

Key Requirements:

  • 4-5 years’ experience of end-to-end talent acquisition experience, either in agency or in-house
  • Experience in interpreting business requirements and building recruitment strategy, policy and process aligned with the business’ objectives
  • Represent the organisations values externally and identify employer branding opportunities building on the established brand
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers across the business in the resourcing of their teams and projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a team, with a collaborative approach
  • Wider HR experience is beneficial
