Our client is a global technology company specialising in digital identity, security, and fraud prevention. They are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join their HR team and manage end-to-end recruitment across Technology, Engineering, Product, GTM, and Corporate functions.
Working with hiring managers across EMEA, North America, and APAC, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and headhunting through to offer management—while building strong talent pipelines and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across technical and business functions.
• Proactively source and headhunt top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver an efficient, high-quality hiring process.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain ATS accuracy.

About You

• 2+ years’ in-house Talent Acquisition or Internal Recruitment experience.
• Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Experience recruiting technical roles within a SaaS or technology environment is highly desirable.
• Confident partnering with stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing multiple vacancies.
