Senior HR Manager

Job Details

Our client, a leading financial services organisation are seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their team. In this role you will build and execute HR strategies to drive business results. This role may include local and international travel.
Your role:

  • Develop, align and implement HR programs and initiatives in support of business unit plans
  • Support the business units and asses the organisational effectiveness from multiple views of impact and develop solutions to support business improvements
  • Identify the talent needs of the business and build plans to address needs using resources and talent management tools
  • Participate in succession planning round tables for business partners across the functions as required
  • Coaching and advising leaders on decisions to build and or develop talent addressing benefits and risk of each strategy
  • Analyse trends in compensation and benefits to identify opportunities for better alignment of programs to meet business needs
  • Identifying organisational capabilities to deliver against business results, using and integrating the leadership principles and manager effectiveness 


  • 8-10 years’ experience in Human Resources with a strong emphasis on coaching, employee relations and project implementation.
  • Decision making skills with experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience as a trusted advisor to senior level executives and strong influencing skills
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management and leadership development.
  • Experience in challenging and influencing executive teams on implications of internal and external business trends and issues that influence talent or operating environments.
  • Strong apolitical capability and ability to use data tools
  • Excellent project manager and can think end-to-end about the work to be implemented
  • Experienced in organisational change
