Senior HR Generalist – Standalone Role (Multi-Site) Flexible | Full HR Ownership
Are you a senior HR professional who thrives on autonomy, variety, and getting out from behind the desk? We’re seeking a full-rounded Senior HR Generalist to take full ownership of the HR function while supporting multiple sites across the region.
In this standalone role, you’ll be the go-to HR partner hands-on, solutions-focused, and comfortable balancing strategic work with day-to-day operations. If you enjoy being on the road, building relationships on-site, and influencing positive change, this role offers the flexibility and independence you’ll love.
What you’ll bring:

  • Broad, well-rounded HR expertise across the full employee lifecycle
  • Confident and capable operating independently across ER, recruitment, performance, policy, and compliance
  • Enjoys being out on the road, supporting managers and teams across multiple sites
  • Flexible and adaptable, including openness to occasional later evenings when the business needs it
