Senior HR Business Partner

Job Details

Our client is looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join their team, based in North Dublin with a hybrid work setup. Reporting to the VP of HR Business Partnering, the role involves strategic partnering with specific teams, driving new HR initiatives, and focusing on talent development, retention, employee relations, performance management, and organisational structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives and processes.
  • Coach and develop leaders at all levels within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with wider HR functions to design and implement relevant programs.
  • Review, implement, and maintain HR policies to ensure best practice.
  • Analyse HR metrics and performance indicators to design appropriate strategies.
  • Assist in talent acquisition activities, including recruitment domestically and internationally.
  • Conduct employee surveys, analyse data, and champion appropriate programs.
  • Support in handling routine employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Create and execute plans for employee involvement and engagement initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach other members of the HR Team.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-6+ years’ experience in a Business Partner position.
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent.
  • Experience in designing and implementing innovative HR processes.
  • End-to-end experience in handling employee relations issues.
  • Proven capability to lead and implement HR projects and processes.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.

This role requires someone with a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record of driving HR initiatives to support organisational objectives.
