Job Title: Group HR Business Partner Location: Dublin South Company Overview Our client, a PLC Group, is seeking to hire a Group HR Business Partner. This role will support the delivery of best-in-class HR services to facilitate the organisations growth and the design, delivery, and implementation of key people programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Business:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
Act as a trusted partner and champion to deliver the company’s People Strategy.
Support the Employee Lifecycle:
Collaborate with colleagues, Heads of Functions, and People Managers.
Provide support in attraction, retention, learning, and development activities.
Develop HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices.
Offer expert advice to Managers on all aspects of people management.
Manage day-to-day employee relations timely and effectively.
HR Talent Management Strategy: Support the rollout of group-wide initiatives in employee experience and engagement, inclusion and diversity, and learning and growth.
Ensure alignment with the overall HR Talent Management Strategy.
Drive High-Performance Culture:
Assist in the development of performance management practices to foster a high-performance culture.
Collaborate on the design and implementation of talent development programs.
Talent Acquisition:
Support the HR Manager and Team Leads with recruitment and selection processes.
Handle associated activities for the Functional teams in Group Services.
Global Projects:
Assist the HR Manager and Business Leads with the rollout and implementation of global initiatives and projects.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years in an HR role, either in-house or with an advisory firm.
Strong team player with the ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
Ability to interact effectively with senior executives.
High level of personal integrity and comfort in dealing with ambiguity.
Capable of balancing good governance with high-quality service delivery.
Numerate and data-drivenDetail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Project management expertise.
Highly experienced with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
