Senior HR Business Partner 
HR Search is partnering with our client, a commercial business with a global reach, to find an exceptional HR leader, who can partner with the business and the Chief People Officer to realise the further potential of the organisation and its talent.

You will be a highly commercial, creative and  strategically aware HR Director /Senior HR Business Partner, who possesses the ability to play a key role in the organisations evolving people journey.
 Role overview;

  • You will build strong collaborative relationships with business leaders, providing expert advice as a trusted partner in all people matters.
  • You will work closely with your business areas and understand their needs and stages of growth and ambition.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to ensure change management initiatives are well executed and supported by a comprehensive communications and engagement plan
  • Lead and/or actively participate in key HR programmes to ensure delivery of the HR roadmap and to collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency of HR brand and message
  • Act as a coach to business leaders and line managers on the application of HR tools and processes to ensure effective organisation design effectiveness, optimum employee performance, clear talent development focus, improved employee engagement and the delivery of a robust employee experience
  • Use data, understand trends and provide insights from the business into the design of key HR programmes/solutions and to work with the business to implement and embed agreed HR solutions effectively 

The Person:

  • Third level degree in HR or equivalent degree and experience
  • 7 years HRBP experience in an international environment preferred with at least 3 years operating at a senior level
  • A proven track record in strong commercial business partnering and leadership.
  • Flexibility to deal with multiple, changing & sometimes competing priorities while retaining a focus on customer experience.
  • You will be driven, focused, and resourceful as well as being an excellent relationship builder.
