Reporting to the Head of HR, this role is pivotal in shaping the company culture and driving their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Ways of Working (Hybrid, Wellbeing, DEI)

  • Lead the design and rollout of the hybrid work policy, ensuring robust infrastructure, clear communication, and high standards.
  • Launch a wellbeing initiative to promote a balanced lifestyle and support the physical and emotional health the organisation.
  • Implement DEI initiatives to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace, including the introduction of a graduate program.

Talent Acquisition (TA)

  • Develop a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy that ensures an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand their workforce needs and recruit top talent with essential skills.
  • Partner with Senior Leaders to ensure the strategy is cost-effective and aligned with financial goals.

Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

  • Create and implement an EVP strategy that highlights the best aspects of working with the organisation.
  • Develop an innovative employer brand that supports the multi-generational workforce throughout their career journey.
  • Ensure the employee experience evolves in line with the hybrid work environment while maintaining core cultural strengths.

Communication & Engagement

  • Oversee the development and execution of an internal communication and engagement strategy that reflects the organisation’s culture and delivers impactful messages.
  • Foster ongoing dialogue with employees to shape the people agenda through listening and engagement opportunities.

HR Technology

  • Drive the implementation of HR technology to enhance their talent capabilities across the business.
  • Develop a clear strategy for the successful delivery and ongoing enhancement of HR tech solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a strong track record in influencing culture and driving behaviour change.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute programs that align with business objectives.
  • Quick and accurate in understanding and interpreting complex information, with a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels and consider diverse perspectives.
  • Skilled in working with management to deliver and implement new initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen, professional credibility, and pragmatic approach.
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes responsibility for managing solutions.
  • Self-motivated with energy, enthusiasm, and the drive to work independently and make things happen.
  • Experience leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
  • Degree or Masters in HR and/or CIPD qualification.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
