Are you a HR Graduate or have general HR administration experience seeking to specialise in Reward?

Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a Reward Executive to join their team. This position not only provides exposure to reward and benefits, but also offers opportunities to develop project management skills, change leadership and digital technology capability.

This role covers Ireland, UK and International Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
This role will cover compensation and benefits, job architecture and benchmarking , and other projects as outlined below.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Supporting the annual pay and bonus review processes by preparing templates and collating relevant information
  • Coordinate and administration of the annual benefit renewals surrounding pension, life assurance and private healthcare
  • Contribute to improving the benefit offerings to ensure competitiveness
  • Drive process improvements and assist in benefit roadshows and ad hoc projects

Job Architecture & Benchmarking

  • Assist in the rollout of a job architecture framework across the organisation, involving job evaluation and levelling
  • Participate in annual benchmarking surveys and complete market research on industry standards and best practice related to reward and benefits
  • Assisting HR leads with ad-hoc benchmarking requirements

Other Projects/Activities

  • Employee engagement initiatives, including supporting the annual employee engagement survey
  • Providing essential system administration support using the HRIS systems
  • Contribute to refining HR standard operating procedures and processes
  • HR analytics, KPIs and reporting, including but not limited to support for Gender Pay Gap Reporting
  • Contribution to Ad hoc HR and change management projects and initiatives

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Equivalent or Data Analytics
  • HR Administrator experience with some exposure to Reward is beneficial
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including xlookups, pivots and data validation tools
  • Keen interest to progress within Reward
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate
  • Ability to travel to UK and Europe when necessary to collaborate with the wider HR team
