People Experience Administrator (Operations, Data & Rewards) – Dublin

We’re looking for a People Experience Administrator to be the go-to operational partner for a dynamic People team. You’ll help keep HR processes running smoothly, turn data into insights, and support reward programmes that really make a difference.
What you’ll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for employee queries and deliver a seamless employee experience
  • Own payroll inputs, HR records, onboarding, offboarding, leave, and benefits administration
  • Collect, analyse, and report on HR data to help drive smart business decisions
  • Support compensation, benefits, and reward programmes with accurate data and insights
  • Identify ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency across People operations

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in HR operations, HR analytics, or rewards support
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar a plus)
  • A keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive mindset
  • Confidence turning data into insights that inform decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach
