HR Operations Manager

Job Details

This is an opportunity for an experienced HR Operations manager to manage the people operations team in a large financial services company.Reporting to the CPO you will ensure the people processes are delivered across the business to an optimum level.
You will operate as a senior people leader with a role on the senior leadership team.
You will have a high level of systems experience and team management skills.
You will collaborate cross functionally and take responsibility for addressing issues to their solution. 

Key areas of responsibility:
Lead the people operations team and manage the function.
Manage people’s data and reporting to a senior level.
Accountability for the payroll management for the island of Ireland.
Manage the benefits & pension provisions.
Manage third party relationships and delivery.
Collaborate cross functionally and contribute as a senior member of the leadership team.
Provide high quality people services across the organisation.
Manage performance across your team and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Experience required:
5 years + experience managing a HR operations function and team.
A degree or equivalent HR qualification.
Knowledge of HRIS and Payroll management systems.
In depth knowledge of UK & Ireland employment law.
Experience working in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
