Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join their growing HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead HR operations, optimise processes and make a real impact across the organisation.
You will manage the day-to-day HR operations function, leading a small team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the firm. You will drive operational excellence, implement process improvements and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR Operations team, providing visible leadership and support.
Provide advice and support on HR, benefits, and employment matters.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and firm policies.
Manage HR reporting and provide insights to the Executive Committee.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement workflow or technology solutions.
Support and develop the HR Administrator and broader HR team.
Candidate Profile:
3rd level qualification in HR Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing HR Operations teams with strong leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and HR systems (People XD experience advantageous).
Experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
Strong communicator, problem solver, and project manager.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
