Our client, a reputable engineering firm based in Tipperary Town, is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join their team. This mid-level role involves managing the full spectrum of HR activities and supporting the firm’s ongoing growth and development in a fully office-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and talent development
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit
  • Support workforce planning and talent management within a technical environment

Skills, knowledge and attributes:

  • Demonstrated HR experience, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or related technical sectors
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and best HR practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others

Location: Tipperary Town (office-based)
Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
