Our client, a reputable engineering firm based in Tipperary Town, is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join their team. This mid-level role involves managing the full spectrum of HR activities and supporting the firm’s ongoing growth and development in a fully office-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Collaborate with senior leadership to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and talent development
Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit
Support workforce planning and talent management within a technical environment
Skills, knowledge and attributes:
Demonstrated HR experience, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or related technical sectors
Solid knowledge of employment law and best HR practices
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
Location: Tipperary Town (office-based) Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
