Company: Our client is a renowned Not for Profit Organization committed to making a meaningful impact on society.
Position: We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their dynamic People & Culture Team on a 6-month contract basis. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organization’s culture, fostering employee development, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence and shape the culture within the organisation by collaborating within and across teams in the implementation of core initiatives set out in the People & Culture Strategy
  • Provide advice and support to Senior Management in effective workforce planning to ensure there is sufficient capacity and capability within teams to be able to delivery on core objectives
  • Provide coaching to line managers in dealing with performance and ensuring they are aware of all the tools available to support and enhance performance.
  • Responsible for the planning, implementation and reviewing of People & Culture Projects across the business.


  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience working as a HR Business Partner/Manager
  • Qualification in HR or related Discipline
  • Professional Membership e.g. CIPD
  • Enjoy working to deadlines & driven to achieve excellent results
