Position: We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their dynamic People & Culture Team on a 6-month contract basis. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organization’s culture, fostering employee development, and ensuring a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Influence and shape the culture within the organisation by collaborating within and across teams in the implementation of core initiatives set out in the People & Culture Strategy
Provide advice and support to Senior Management in effective workforce planning to ensure there is sufficient capacity and capability within teams to be able to delivery on core objectives
Provide coaching to line managers in dealing with performance and ensuring they are aware of all the tools available to support and enhance performance.
Responsible for the planning, implementation and reviewing of People & Culture Projects across the business.
A minimum of 5+ years’ experience working as a HR Business Partner/Manager
Qualification in HR or related Discipline
Professional Membership e.g. CIPD
Enjoy working to deadlines & driven to achieve excellent results
