Reporting into the group HR Director , you will lead the core HR team in Ireland and the UK. Contributing to and realising the HR Strategy, you will enable your team to deliver the HR goals and you will guide and advise the business stakeholders across the region. The business is supported by a shared services model and CoEs as well as core HR.
Key areas of responsibility: HR Policy & Strategy HR Processes HR Business Partnering Organisational Design Talent management Employee engagement Performance management Employee Relations ( non unionised)
Experience required: Degree level minimum in HR or related business field. 7 years + HR experience with a good track record of leadership and business partnering. Strong people management skills and track record of team management. Senior leadership expertise. Knowledge of payroll management and C&B management. Expert knowledge of employment law and policy implementation.
