HR Generalist

Job Details

Our client, a leading FMCG organisation is seeking a HR Advisor to join their team in North Dublin. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will partner with managers to provide a comprehensive HR service that supports the organisation in achieving its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for HR queries to provide advice and guidance in accordance with legislation and best practice
  • End to end talent acquisition process such as sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling, liaising with agency and working with candidates through to offer stage
  • Support the HR Business partner with high volume ER cases
  • Advise and work with managers on managing ER matters such as staff performance, grievance and disciplinary
  • Assist on organisational change initiatives such as restructure and TUPE transfers
  • Update policies and procedures in line with legislative updates
  • Support HR administration team to ensure HR data base is updated regularly
  • Ad hoc HR administrative requests
  • Support other members of the HR team where necessary, including payroll where required
  • HR project work as required

Key Requirements:

  • BA/MA in Human Resource Management or Business Equivalent / CIPD qualification
  • 2 years’ experience at a HR Advisor level
  • Experience handling high volume ER caseload , ideally experience with complex ER such as TUPE
  • Experience with HR systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Employment Law
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel to another north Dublin site when required
