Salary is depending on experience 43K-50K About the Opportunity: We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a values-driven organisation making a real difference for its people. What You’ll Be Doing:
Own payroll, pensions, and provide expert guidance to managers on EAP and HR queries.
Lead and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, absenteeism, occupational health, and offboarding.
Draft and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
Maintain HR systems and reporting, including payroll and HR metrics.
Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and a positive workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years’ experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration.
Skilled with payroll software (Sage), HRIS, and Microsoft Office.
Strong understanding of employment law.
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
