You will get the opportunity to work in a best in class HR team, providing comprehensive HR support to the head office functions and wider business units.
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer , you will be supported in developing your career while helping the HR function evolve.
Another key feature of this opportunity is the exposure you will get to the business and the flexibility to work on various people projects.
You will be a self driven HR professional with 4 years experience working as a Business Partner in a similar environment. You will be a strong stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and work at all levels in a corporate environment.
You will be flexible and adaptable and work on multiple assignments concurrently such as recruitment, employee engagement, managing grievances, data reporting, resource planning and talent management. 
   
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment– end to end management for your business area
Interviewing and onboarding , including contract management
Resource management and forecasting in partnership with your business units
Employee Relations- including grievances, disciplinaries and absence management
Employee Engagement – including employee communications, policy development and employee surveys
Compensation & Benefits-Liaise with the Reward Lead on all salary and benefits matters for your business Unit
Employee Relations-Manage all employee and management queries as first point of contact for your area and collaborate closely with the wider HR team to ensure good process and best practice
Reporting– Manage the key metrics and reporting for your area and look at ways to improve processes across the people services provided to the business
Projects-Add value to group projects and lead on assigned HR initiatives to implement the HR strategy effectively

Candidate requirements

  • Human Resources or related discipline , CIPD qualification and/or CIPD membership preferred.
  • 7 years’ working in HR with a minimum of 4 years in a People/HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge and experience
  •  A strong track record of partnering successfully in a corporate or similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills , Microsoft suite and  HR metrics and data management skills required.
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to identify gaps and opportunities, and own and drive their priorities and progress
  •  An individual with a positive can-do attitude and who is passionate about people and development
  •  High energy and an ability to influence others towards positive and effective outcomes
  • Highly adaptable and flexible to needs of the role and the business
  • Excellent resilience and can excel in high pressure work environment
