Our client, a FMCG organisation is seeking a HR Business Partner -Corporate, to join their team in Dublin City. Reporting to the Director of HR Business Partnering, you will be a trusted strategic advisor to the business who understands the business strategy and translates business needs into talent priorities. You will collaborate with the Centres of Excellence on talent management and organisation development activities and utilize HR operations to meet the needs of employees and deliver a best in class employee experience. Key Responsibilities:
Building Relationships
Establishing trusted relationships with the specific business unit to support them to achieve their business objectives
HR Transformation
Support and champion the HR transformation journey through HR Change agenda and HRIS implementation
Team Leadership and Development
Lead and develop the HR specific team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellent service
Strategic Workforce Planning
Partner with the business on strategic workforce planning to support resourcing for the business unit
Recruitment Support
Support the recruitment in the business unit by joining interview panels and partner with hiring managers
Representation at Third -Party Hearings
Provide expert advice and represent the business unit and designated subsidiary companies at appropriate third party hearings together with the ER team. Point of contact for unions, developing and maintaining relationships with representatives
Expert HR Advice
Provide advice to line managers/hr managers on various policies and employee legislation
Policy and Procedures
Oversee policy and procedure implementation. Manage and support grievance and disciplinary matters in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.
Collaboration
Collaboration with CoEs on organisation development and talent management strategies
HR Projects
Participate and support other HR related activities and programmes as required
Key Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
CIPD accreditation is desirable
7-8 Years HR General / Industrial Relations Experience, and familiar with working in a HRBP Capacity
Ability to translate strategic business needs into practical service delivery requirements from a HR perspective
Record of building and maintaining effective working relationships within a commercial business environment as a basis for achieving successful HR outcomes that serve business needs
Excellent knowledge of Employment Law, with experience working within organisational and state industrial relations framework
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
