HR Business Partner
Location: Dublin 16 (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
Salary: €60,000–€70,000 + Benefits
We are working with a growing healthcare organisation who is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its People team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment, partnering with senior leaders while delivering high-quality operational HR support across the business.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic business partnering with hands-on HR and is looking to make a meaningful impact within a growing organisation.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, supporting organisational objectives through effective people solutions. You’ll work closely with the Senior Management Team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day delivery of HR.
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and senior leaders to provide proactive HR advice and support.
  • Build strong relationships with the Senior Management Team, coaching and influencing on a range of people matters.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, absence management and offboarding.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and business transformation projects.
  • Lead or support the integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for employees. Experience in acquisitions or M&A integration is highly desirable.
  • Coach managers to build leadership capability and confidence.
  • Review and continuously improve HR policies, processes and employee experience.
  • Analyse people data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider People team on strategic HR initiatives and projects.

About You
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who is commercially minded, approachable and confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
You’ll bring:

  • Experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar stand alone generalist HR role.
  • Proven experience supporting Senior Management Teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong operational HR knowledge across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Experience onboarding acquired businesses or supporting mergers and acquisitions would be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent employee relations experience and confidence managing complex cases.
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with strong influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A relevant HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) is desirable.
