HR Business Partner – Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
Contract – Full Time 12 months
€60-65k with Bonus & Pension after 6 months + Health
Hybrid Working – 2 office days Dublin City
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR specialist to join an international financial services group. You will provide support to the internal communications and employee engagement team. This role sits in the HR function and liaises with multiple stakeholders throughout both the Irish operation and Group.
Overview of the role:
- You will act as a partner to the business and engage at a senior leadership level to implement the strategic plan for employee engagement and wellbeing.
- Guide leaders along the change and transformation journey, by coordinating and embedding the communication plan .
- Build strong stakeholder relationships based on trust and authenticity and guide leaders to live the behaviours needed, to deliver key people strategies across their function.
- Lead &/ contribute to multiple projects within the people function and co-ordinate key deliverables ensuring sustainable results across your designated groups.
- Lead the wellbeing initiatives in the business and promote group health programmes through various communication channels and by adopting multiple engagement strategies.
- Create content and design effective campaigns and initiatives to communicate and establish the wellbeing programme.
- Manage the analytics and reports required to track results and monitor employee satisfaction levels.
- Manage the budget and monitor the return on investment in terms of objective achievement.
Experience required:
- Degree level with a qualification in HR or relevant degree.
- Related experience in Business Partnering, Internal Communications, OD/OE and project management.
- 5 years + working with senior leadership in a Head office environment, with a track record of influencing multiple stakeholders in a complex global environment.
- Project management skills, end to end design and delivery of change & communication initiatives .
- Excellent technical skills, business reporting and project writing skills.
- Superior communication skills both written, visual / digital and presentation skills.
- Ability to work across multiple geographies and in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.
