HR Advisor Hybrid working model 3 days on site- Dublin City
DESCRIPTION We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist to join a dynamic HR team and to support the changes and initiatives the people function are bringing to the organisation. As a HR Advisor you will report to the HR Manager and work as part of the wider HR team to deliver best in class people services. You will engage with key stakeholders to influence change and embed the leadership, culture and behaviours expected in the organisation. There is room for creative solutions, and initiative is encouraged, while also remaining inside the guidelines of agreed policy. You will get the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills and gain varied experience across all aspects of the HR function and the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, contract administration, learning and development, performance management, HR policies , HR systems, and employee relations.

Oversee HR programmes
Employee engagement & wellbeing initiatives
Performance management and support
Learning & Development / Training
Talent Development
Review HR policy and processes to align with required governance and compliance
Continuous improvement initiatives
Record management best practices
Reporting
Keep up to date with legislation and best practice
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in HR or related discipline / CIPD
4 years’ + experience in a similar HR role.
Working knowledge and understanding of employment law
Experience of HR policies, processes and procedures.
Excellent Communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to act autonomously and on your own initiative.
Experience using a HR Management System.
Flexible and hands-on approach to get things done.
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
